Hubban is an Istanbul-based artist network that connects Immigrant artists, local creatives, and urban planners to foster artistic collaboration and cultural exchange. By transforming public and private spaces into platforms for creativity, Hubban provides opportunities for artists to showcase their work, share their stories, and engage with the community. Focusing on multidisciplinary approaches, Hubban bridges diverse cultures and highlights the experiences of displaced and local artists. Through exhibitions, performances, and workshops, it redefines the role of art in urban life, creating a shared space for connection and expression.
About us
for one week only, ten artists,seven of them based in Istanbul and three of them from our "Bridge works" partner, based in berlin.
those artists had worked on their own ideas of performing in the streets of the special Ayvansaray neighborhood in istanbul.
